Maintenance service allows the furniture products to keep in good order and greatly extend the lifespan of the products. The service can be divided into three parts: warehousing and stocking, specialized maintenance team, express in-home service (within 4 hours). We also set up a reporting system which is now available via Line@. In this way, we can provide customers the maintenance procedures in the fastest and the most accessible way which are of the best quality. With an entire warehousing system, we can better manage different spare sparts and components for the furniture which allows us to handle complicated situations. What’s more, we also have a group of professionally trained maintenance technicians. They will examine each piece of furniture based on its model number and assess the damages in order to lay out a specialized maintenance procedure. When the leasing fee you paid is up to a certain amount, ESG.STYLE will also offer “spontaneous repair” service.

ESG.STYLE has now worked with Mirle Group to set up an automatic warehousing system, which allows us to. efficiently manage the quantity of spare parts and components, so we are better equipped to handle all kinds of maintenance situations.. In the case where the furniture cannot be repaired immediately, we will replace it with a comparable one .
Professional Maintenance Team
ESG.STYLE has a professionally trained maintenance team so as to provide our customers with the best quality services. They will closely examine each piece of furniture based on its model number, and lay out the entire maintenance procedure.
Express Repair Service
ESG.STYLE provides express in-home cleaning service for our customers (for Taipei and New Taipei City only). After customers fill out the standard cleaning form with necessary details via Line@, the ESG.STYLE professional team will contact them on the same day, and complete the repair within three days.
